A person that holds a valid special auctioneer license issued under section 4707.071 of the Revised Code, as that section existed prior to its repeal by H.B. 321 of the 134th General Assembly, may continue to operate under the special auctioneer license until an application for an auction firm license submitted to the Department of Agriculture is approved or until twelve months after the effective date of this section has expired, whichever is earliest. The Director of Agriculture shall adopt any necessary procedures or requirements for purposes of implementing this section.
