Section 4513.25 - Solid tire requirements(A) Every solid tire, as defined in section 4501.01 of the Revised Code, on a vehicle shall have rubber or other resilient material on its entire traction surface at least one inch thick above the edge of the flange of the entire periphery.(B) Whoever violates this section shall be punished as provided in section 4513.99 of the Revised Code.Effective Date: 1/1/2004.
