Section 4511.351 - "Keep right except to pass" signs(A) The department of transportation shall include sign R4-16 of the federal manual of uniform traffic control devices that states "keep right except to pass" in the department's manual for a uniform system of traffic control devices adopted under section 4511.09 of the Revised Code.(B) The director of transportation shall erect "keep right except to pass" signs along the right-hand roadway of a freeway that consists of at least three lanes and is part of the interstate system.Added by 131st General Assembly File No. TBD, HB 53,§101.01, eff. 7/1/2015.
