Section 4507.321 - Prohibition against employing minor to operate taxicab(A) Notwithstanding the definition of "chauffeur" in section 4501.01 of the Revised Code, no person shall employ any minor for the purpose of operating a taxicab.(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.Effective Date: 1/1/2004.
