Section 4507.31 - Prohibition against permitting minor to operate vehicle(A) No person shall cause or knowingly permit any minor to drive a motor vehicle upon a highway as an operator, unless the minor has first obtained a license or permit to drive a motor vehicle under this chapter.(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.Effective Date: 1/1/2004.
