Section 4503.79 - Specialty license plate issuance and contribution amount(A) Except as may otherwise specifically be provided by the general assembly, the registrar shall issue a specialty license plate for a passenger car, a noncommercial vehicle, a recreational vehicle, or any other vehicle of a class approved by the registrar.(B) The contribution amount for any specialty license plate shall be the same each year, regardless of whether the application is for the initial issuance or the renewal of that specialty license plate.Renumbered from § 4503.791 and amended by 134th General Assembly File No. TBD, HB 74,§101.01, eff. 6/30/2021.Effective Date: 8/21/1997.
