Ohio Rev. Code § 4503.32

Section 4503.32 - Unauthorized use of placard

(A) No person shall use the license plates provided for in section 4503.31 of the Revised Code contrary to said section.

(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
