Section 3951.09 - Waiving of examination for applicant licensed in another stateThe superintendent of insurance shall issue a certificate of authority under this chapter in accordance with Chapter 4796. of the Revised Code to an applicant if either of the following applies:
(A) The applicant holds a license or certificate in another state.(B) The applicant has satisfactory work experience, a government certification, or a private certification as described in Chapter 4796. of the Revised Code as a public insurance adjuster in a state that does not issue that license or certificate.Amended by 134th General Assembly File No. TBD, SB 131,§2, eff. 12/29/2023.Effective Date: 4/27/2005 .
