Section 3328.31 - Reports to departmentEach college-preparatory boarding school established under this chapter shall report to the department of education and workforce, in the form and manner prescribed by the department, the following information:
(A) The total number of students enrolled in the school;(B) The number of students enrolled in the school who are receiving special education and related services pursuant to an IEP;(C) The city, exempted village, or local school district in which each student reported under division (A) of this section is entitled to attend school;(D) Any additional information the department determines necessary to make payments to the school under this chapter.Amended by 135th General Assembly File No. TBD, HB 33,§130.100, eff. 10/3/2023.Added by 129th General AssemblyFile No.28,HB 153, §101.01, eff. 9/29/2011.
