Section 3111.46 - Finding paternity or nonpaternityOn receipt of the genetic test results, the administrative officer shall do one of the following:
(A)(1) Except as provided in division (A)(2) of this section, if the results of the genetic testing show a ninety-nine per cent or greater probability that the alleged father is the natural father of the child, the administrative officer of the agency shall issue an administrative order that the alleged father is the father of the child who is the subject of the proceeding.(2) If identical siblings are named as the alleged father under division (A)(1) of this section, the administrative officer shall refer the case to the court and shall not issue an administrative order deciding the paternity of the child who is the subject of the proceeding.(B) If the results of genetic testing show less than a ninety-nine per cent probability that the alleged father is the natural father of the child, the administrative officer shall issue an administrative order that the alleged father is not the father of the child who is the subject of the proceeding. An order issued pursuant to this section shall be sent to parties in accordance with the Civil Rule governing service and filing of pleadings and other papers subsequent to the original complaint.
