Section 1733.99 - Penalty(A) Whoever violates section 1733.44 of the Revised Code, or any order of the superintendent issued pursuant to this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.(B) Whoever violates division (C) of section 1733.327 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. A person who is convicted of violating such division is also subject to disciplinary action, including dismissal or removal from office.Effective Date: 7/14/1987 .
