Section 1518.99 - Penalty(A) Whoever violates section 1518.02 of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.(B) Whoever violates section 1518.05 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one thousand dollars nor more than five thousand dollars for the first offense; for each subsequent offense the person shall be fined not less than two thousand dollars nor more than ten thousand dollars.Effective Date: 3/18/1999.
