Section 60-01-19 - Indemnity to depositary for damages
A depositor must indemnify the depositary:
1. For all damage caused to the depositary by the defects or vices of the thing deposited.2. For all expenses necessarily incurred by the depositary about the thing other than such as are involved in the nature of the undertaking.
