This section remains effective through 6/30/2013, for the purpose of any levy and bond issuance authorized by the board of a school district from 1/1/2013, through 6/30/2013. The amendment to section this section, as set forth in 2013 HB 1013 section 52, is effective beginning 7/1/2013, for the duration of the 2013 taxable year, and for the taxable year beginning after 12/31/2013.
