Section 50-11-05 - Contents of records not disclosed - ExceptionThe records of facilities licensed, certified, or approved under this chapter and the records of the department and its authorized agents, pertaining to the children or adults receiving care, are confidential but may be disclosed:
1. In a judicial proceeding;2. To officers of the law or other legally constituted boards or agencies; or3.
