Section 4.1-03-07 - Chairman - Meetings1. Annually, the commission shall elect one member to serve as the chairman.2. The chairman shall call all meetings of the commission and shall call a special meeting within seven days when petitioned to do so by three voting members of the commission.3. The commission shall hold at least three regular meetings each year.
