Section 29-30.3-24 - (5-104) Applicability of other law1. A person returned to this state is subject to the law of this state as well as the provisions of law that constituted the basis for the return.2. This chapter does not limit the powers, rights, or duties of the officials of a demanding or requesting state or of this state.
