Section 29-30.3-11 - (3-104) Extradition of persons imprisoned or awaiting trial1. If a demanded person is being prosecuted, is imprisoned, is on parole or probation, or is subject to an order arising out of a criminal proceeding, in this state, the governor may: c. Agree with the executive authority of the demanding state to grant extradition upon conditions.2. The governor may agree with an executive authority of another state for the extradition of a person who is being prosecuted, is imprisoned, is on parole or probation, or is subject to an order arising out of a criminal proceeding, in that state upon conditions prescribed by the agreement.
