Section 15.1-27-19 - Summer school courses and programs - Payments to school districts1. Before a weight may be assigned under section 15.1-27-03.1 for a student enrolled in a high school summer course, the superintendent of public instruction shall verify that the course meets the requirements of section 15.1-21-16.2. Before a weight may be assigned under section 15.1-27-03.1 for a student enrolled in an elementary summer program, the superintendent of public instruction shall verify that the program meets the requirements of section 15.1-21-16 and complies with rules adopted by the superintendent of public instruction.
