Section 15.1-21-16 - Summer school courses and programs - Eligibility for paymentThe summer school courses and programs for which a school district may receive payment as provided in section 15.1-27-19 are:
1.a. Mathematics provided to students enrolled in any grade from kindergarten through eight; b. Reading provided to students enrolled in any grade from kindergarten through eight;c. Science provided to students enrolled in any grade from five through eight; andd. Social studies provided to students enrolled in any grade from five through eight; and2. Any other high school summer courses that satisfy requirements for graduation, comprise at least as many clock-hours as courses offered during the regular school term, and comply with rules adopted by the superintendent of public instruction.Amended by S.L. 2021, ch. 160 (HB 1436),§ 1, eff. 4/13/2021.
