Section 15.1-13-07 - Quorum - Revocation requirement1. A majority of the board constitutes a quorum.2. Except as otherwise provided in this section, a majority of the quorum at any meeting has the authority to act upon any matter properly before the board.3. At least five members of the board must consent to the revocation of an individual's teaching license.
