N.D. Cent. Code § 15-19-00.1

Section 15-19-00.1 - Definitions

In this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. "Board" means the board of public school education.

2. "Center" means the North Dakota center for distance education.

3. "Director" means the director of the center for distance education.
