Section 15-10-02 - Membership of state board of higher education - Advisers1. The state board of higher education consists of eight members, all of whom must be appointed by the governor in accordance with section 6 of article VIII of the Constitution of North Dakota.2. The council of college faculties shall annually appoint one individual to serve as an adviser to the state board. The adviser may attend and participate in all meetings of the state board but may not vote.3. The staff senate annually shall appoint one individual to serve as an adviser to the state board.
