Section 10-33-33 - Classification of directors1. Except as provided in subsection 2, directors may be divided into classes.2. Directors of a corporation described in subsection 1 of section 10-33-122 may not vote by class except when the articles or bylaws provide that only one class of directors may vote on a particular matter.
