Section 10-32.1-93 - Secretary of state - Certificate of existence and authorization1. The secretary of state, upon request, compliance with subsection 2 and payment of the fee required by section 10-32.1-92, shall furnish to any person a certificate of existence for: a. A limited liability company that exists; orb. A foreign limited liability company that has an active certificate of authority.2. The limited liability company or foreign limited liability company for which a certificate of existence is requested must have:a. Filed all annual reports; andb. Paid all fees due to the secretary of state.3. Any certificate furnished by the secretary of state under this section may be created and furnished as an electronic record with the same force and effect as if produced in a paper form.Added by S.L. 2015, ch. 87 (HB 1136),§ 19, eff. 7/1/2015.
