Section 9-8-7.2 - [Effective Until 7/1/2024] Cooperation with the New Mexico health insurance exchange

The medical assistance division of the department shall cooperate with the New Mexico health insurance exchange to share information and facilitate transitions in enrollment between the exchange and medicaid.
