Section 72-17-55 - Limitations upon incurring any debt

Nothing in this act [Chapter 72, Article 17 NMSA 1978] contained shall be construed as creating or authorizing the creation of an indebtedness on the part of any municipality or other public body included in the authority or elsewhere located.
