Section 66-4-4 - Criminal offender's character evaluation

The provisions of the Criminal Offender Employment Act [28-2-1 to 28-2-6 NMSA 1978] govern any consideration of criminal records required or permitted by Sections66-4-1 through 66-4-9 NMSA 1978.
