The secretary of state shall charge and collect for:
A. filing articles of incorporation, five dollars ($5.00);B. filing articles of amendment, three dollars ($3.00);C. filing articles of consolidation or merger, five dollars ($5.00);D. filing articles of conversion, five dollars ($5.00);E. filing certificate of election to dissolve, two dollars ($2.00);F. filing articles of dissolution, three dollars ($3.00); andG. filing certificate of change of principal office, one dollar ($1.00).Laws 1939, ch. 47, § 27; 1941 Comp., § 48-427; 1953 Comp., § 45-4-27; 2013, ch. 75, § 34.Amended by 2013, c. 75,s. 34, eff. 7/1/2013.
