Section 61-5A-11 - [Repealed effective 7/1/2024] Ratification of committee recommendationsA. The board shall ratify the recommendations of the committee unless the board makes a specific finding that a recommendation is: (1) beyond the jurisdiction of the committee;(2) an undue financial impact upon the board; or(3) not supported by the record.B. The board shall provide the necessary expenditures incurred by the committee and the board in implementing and executing the ratified recommendations.
