Section 60-7B-9 - Penalty

Unless otherwise provided for in Article 7B of Chapter 60, any violation of Sections60-7B-1 through 60-7B-8 NMSA 1978 by a minor is a petty misdemeanor, and the minor shall be sentenced pursuant to the provisions of Section 31-19-1 NMSA 1978.
