There shall be no liability on the part of and no cause of action of any nature shall arise against, any member insurer, the association or its agents or employees, the board of directors or the superintendent or his representative for any action taken by them in the performance of their powers and duties under this article. The meetings, activites [activities], recommendations and decisions of the board of directors of the association as required or permitted in this article shall not be open to public inspection, nor considered public documents, nor subject to Sections10-15-1 through 10-15-4 NMSA 1978.
