Section 53-8-3 - ApplicabilityA. The provisions of the Nonprofit Corporation Act relating to domestic corporations apply to: (1) all corporations organized under that act; and(2) all nonprofit corporations organized under any acts repealed by the Nonprofit Corporation Act, for a purpose or purposes for which a corporation might be organized under that act.B.
