Section 3-33-6 - Improvement district; additional purpose

An improvement district may also be created as authorized in Sections3-33-1 through 3-33-43 NMSA 1978 in order to construct or acquire, operate and maintain a municipally owned electric or gas utility in an H class county or an incorporated county.
