Section 3-19-3 - Chairman; regular meetings; recordsA planning commission shall:
A. elect one of its members chairman for a one-year term; B. create and fill other offices; C. hold at least one regular meeting each month; D. adopt rules for the transaction of business; and E. keep a public record of its transactions, findings, resolutions and determinations. 1953 Comp., § 14-18-3, enacted by Laws 1965, ch. 300.
