Section 24-1-7 - Sexually transmitted infections; reports of casesA. The department shall make available a list of sexually transmitted infections for which reporting is required.B. Reports of sexually transmitted infections shall be made in accordance with department rules.C. Every health care provider that makes a diagnosis of, treats or prescribes for or otherwise has knowledge of a case of sexually transmitted infection for which reporting is required by department rules shall report the case immediately.D.
