Section 21-23-5 - Duties of the departmentA. The department is charged with oversight of all private post-secondary educational institutions operating within the state.B. The department shall provide for the registration of all regionally accredited colleges and universities operating in the state pursuant to the Post-Secondary Educational Institution Act.C.
