Section 21-21C-6 - EligibilityEligibility of students under the provisions of the Student Choice Act shall be as follows:
A. for the first year of implementation, eligibility shall be restricted to freshmen;B. for the second year of implementation, eligibility shall be restricted to freshmen and sophomores;C. for the third year of implementation, eligibility shall be restricted to freshmen, sophomores and juniors; andD. for the fourth year of implementation and every year thereafter, freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors shall be eligible.
