Section 21-11-26 - Bonds exempt from taxation

Bonds issued under the provisions of this act [21-11-15, 21-11-16, 21-11-18 to 21-11-26 NMSA 1978] shall forever be and remain free and exempt from taxation by this state or any subdivision thereof.
