Section 20-12-27 - Failure to obey order or regulationAny person subject to Chapter 20 NMSA 1978 who:
A. violates or fails to obey any lawful general order or regulation;B. having knowledge of any other lawful order issued by a member of the armed forces, which it is his duty to obey, fails to obey the order; orC. is derelict in the performance of his duties; shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.1978 Comp., § 20-12-27, enacted by Laws 1989, ch. 337, § 26.
