Section 1-6B-14 - Absentee ballots; reportsA. Within thirty days following a general election, the county clerk shall report to the secretary of state the number of absentee ballots transmitted in the general election to uniformed-service voters and overseas voters for the election and the number of those ballots returned, rejected or counted.B.
