Section 1-5-6 - Precinct voter lists; signature roster preparation; electronic poll book alternativeA. The county clerk shall provide for preparation of precinct voter lists and signature rosters generated from the official state voter file for any precincts or an electronic poll book alternative approved by the voting system certification committee and certified by the secretary of state.B.
