Section 1-14-8 - Impounding ballots; ballots defined

As used in Sections1-14-9 through 1-14-12 NMSA 1978, "ballots" includes tally sheets, registration certificates, paper ballots, absentee ballots, statements of canvass, absentee ballot applications and absentee ballot registers, but does not include voting machines.
