The Attorney General shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) to implement the provisions of this act, including rules and regulations concerning access to and dissemination of information obtained as a result of conducting a criminal history background check and identity verification checks.
