Section 9:6-8.60 - Petition to terminate placementAny interested person acting on behalf of a child placed under section 34 hereof or the child's parents or guardian may petition the court for any order terminating the placement. The petition must be verified and must show:
a. That an application for the child's return to his home was made to an appropriate person after expiration of the Order of Placement provided for in section 34 hereof;b. That the application was denied or was not granted within 30 days from the day application was made; andc. The grounds for the petition.L.1974, c.119, s.40, eff. 10/10/1974.
