Section 9:6-8.10d - Rules, regulations

The Commissioner of Children and Families shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) to carry out the purposes of sections 2 and 3 of this act.
