Section 58:11B-1 - Title amended

This act shall be known and may be cited as the "New Jersey Infrastructure Trust Act."

Amended by L. 2016, c. 56,s. 10, eff. upon the appropriation by the State of eligible federal or State funds into the State Transportation Infrastructure Bank Fund pursuant to section 34 of P.L. 2016, c. 56 (C.56:11B-10.4) and funds are appropriated to the trust to cover administrative and operational expenses related to the State Transportation Infrastructure Bank.
