Section 56:8-220 - Unlawful practice

It shall be an unlawful practice pursuant to P.L. 1960, c.39 (C.56:8-1 et seq.) for an operator of an online education service to violate the provisions of P.L. 2019, c. 494(C.56:8-215 et seq.), or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant thereto.
