Section 56:8-135 - Information not considered government record

Information submitted to the division by a customer pursuant to the provisions of this act shall not be a government record under P.L. 1963, c.73 (C.47:1A-1 et seq.) or the common law concerning access to government records except as provided in this act. L. 2003, c. 76, s. 17.
