Moneys received from taxes on fuel used in aircraft, pursuant to subsection b. of section 3 of P.L. 2010, c. 22(C.54:39-103), shall be accounted for and forwarded by the director to the State Treasurer, who shall credit these payments to the Airport Safety Fund established by section 4 of the "New Jersey Airport Safety Act of 1983," P.L. 1983, c.264 (C.6:1-92).
